Our investment goals are #1 - minimize our downside through price and structure, and #2 - maximize risk-adjusted equity returns by executing an achievable strategic plan.

We are open-minded generalists who are not restricted to any one industry, financial structure, size range or investment approach. We identify value investments from a broad network of unorthodox sources, and avoid competing against the herd. Our experience with difficult deals allows us to see through many of the issues that scare other investment firms, such as customer concentration, industry challenges, or management problems.
 

We are also unique in our ability to move quickly, and maintain maximum flexibility while doing so. Once we understand a Seller's desired objectives, such as their preferences regarding liquidity, ongoing management responsibility, etcetera; we are able to creatively structure the transaction utilizing whatever financial instruments may be necessary to make the deal work.

Five Crowns typically manages all aspects of the investment process, but occasionally matches compelling opportunities with our investment partners, where Five Crowns takes a minority role.
