Five Crowns Capital, Inc. is a private equity firm founded in January 2003, based upon the premise that certain areas of the private and public markets remain inefficient, and offer compelling investment opportunities to deploy capital at, or below, intrinsic value. We specialize in finding these opportunities through our extensive deal sourcing network and years of experience in identifying "diamonds in the rough". 

We are interested in US-based companies with EBITDA greater than $5 million, strong gross profit margins, histories of positive cash flow, and a demonstrated market niche. Our unique structure allows us to invest across a wide variety of industries and size ranges, without regard to any of the corporate restrictions that constrain most of our peers. For example, we are capable of making investments ranging from $20 million to $2 billion.
