Andy has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and distribution companies with revenues from $1 billion to less than $10 million. In addition to his operating expertise, Andy brings 10 years of sell-side and buy-side M&A experience. Hands on experience as an owner-operator and in functional disciplines across organizations including Finance, IT, Sales Management, Manufacturing Operations, & Supply Chain makes Andy an ideal leader to whom an owner can transition their management team and business legacy. Andy has dramatically increased the financial performance of long-term companies and turned around companies that were facing imminent financial collapse creating millions of dollars in equity value. Andy's singular goal is to increase business value. Andy coordinates and aligns business objectives with the activities of managers, supervisors, employees and best of class external resources to rally the whole organization. Together we target improved gross profit, enhanced operating efficiency, greater cash flow and higher sales to deliver a dramatic impact on culture, productivity and profit.
