* Food and beverage
manufacturing
Key Factors: We will
consider all circumstances, but
generally prefer businesses with
the following attributes:
* Revenues greater than $20
million
* Enterprise Value greater than
$20 million
* History of profitability over
most of the past five fiscal
years
* EBITDA greater than $5 million
* United States based,
preferably in the Western region
* Strong customer relationships
* Competent managers to remain
in most key positions
Our holding period is
dependent upon the
opportunity and
long-term strategy of
the underlying company.
Additionally, we are
sensitive to the
interests of our
Managers, and create
strategic plans that
coincide with their
objectives. In general,
our holding period will
be 3-5 years. |
